One auction

Ten minutes of bids
A coin gets filed and anyone can bid SOL. Bids add up, so you can raise yours.
The top 2 take the seats
When the clock ends, the two highest wallets win. Everyone else gets their SOL back.
The bell rings
The coin goes live with both seats locked in. Each earns half its creator fees for good.

Book open: 10 minutes from the filing fee landing
Seats for sale: 2, each worth 50% of the coin's creator fees
Who wins: The 2 highest wallets when the clock ends. Bids add up, and a tie goes to whoever got there first
Losing bids: Sent back after the bell
Winning bids: Go to Offering
Minimum bid: 0.1 SOL
Most SOL per book: 100 SOL. Anything past that goes back
Filing fee: 0.05 SOL. It pays to create the coin, and the rest goes back to the launcher
Empty seat: Its fees go to the launcher
If a coin can't launch: Every bid goes back
Seat earnings: About 0.15% of trading volume, paid to the wallet every 10 minutes
The split: Locked when the coin goes live. Nobody can change it after that
